Fear is a primal emotion that allowed humans to survive for millenia through hardships we can only imagine. We may have evolved civilizations and societies, but it takes a lot longer for our innate human nature to evolve than it takes for technology to transform our world.  Today, we instinctively react to small anxieties as if they were life-threatening; a remnant of a primal system that once allowed us to survive now hijacks our goals. Don't let it. ~Think. Love. Live.
